Ah, summer. It’s the time for spending quality time with friends and family, backyard BBQ’s and, most importantly, vacations. Vacations are great to unwind, explore new locations and gain life experiences.
We are currently on vacation as mentioned yesterday and so far it has been great to catch up with everyone. Even when I’m on vacation, I like to take some time to still workout. I feel better about myself…and the several margaritas I plan to consume.
There are so many great workouts available online that you can do on the go, without any equipment and quickly. I like to get my heart rate up and keep my muscles thinking, even outside of the gym. And working out helps with jet lag!

I love reading Julie’s blog, Peanut Butter Fingers, and she shared a new workout recently and you don’t need any equipment! It looks really difficult and gets your heart rate up while toning your muscles. Check out her 10 to 1 Bodyweight Workout.
This Al fresco Workout
I did this workout with my friend while we were in Maine. We did it outside with the water in the background and it was just perfect. It’s fast and surprisingly challenging! It’s a great workout to do before a night of heavy drinking.
