Friday Favs {April 10}

Hi, ya’ll. Happy Friday!!

I am so happy this week is over. It’s been nothing but rain and I’m looking forward to a great weekend of sunshine, a concert with Hubby and the start of our tapering long runs.

I have some favs from this week that I’d like to share in true Friday fashion. Let me know in the comments what are your favs from this week!

Reese’s Eggs

What is it about the eggs that makes it so much better? Actually, someone actually did this test. I’ve eaten so many of these eggs this week and it all started on Easter Sunday when I ate 3. #dontcare

My new monogram mouse pad

In an effort to make my desk a happier place, I ordered this monogrammed mouse pad from Three Hip Chicks. <— this isn’t any sort of affiliate link or sponsored post. I really did buy this with my own money! I love that I could pick the design and the colors and it adds just enough color to my computer area. AND, I love monograms and believe you can never have too many. My iPhone case is eerily similar to this mouse pad.

Marathon gear

I got an email from the Rock ‘n Roll series where we’re running the marathon about all the race gear. I am so excited to get some 26.2 merch! I’m thinking a tee, like the coral one above, how cute is that cowboy boot?! I also want some kind of jacket. I may only be doing one marathon in my life, I want to commemorate it!

This picture of Copley

I posted this picture to Instagram <—- @jmwhoward and I love it so much. If you tell Copley to stay with a treat in your hand, she sticks out her tongue. I know I’m biased, but she is the cutest puppy EVER!! And I love her Easter bunny bandana from the groomer.

Hubby and I watched this movie on Friday night and it was amazing. J.K. Simmons is fantastic and truly deserving of the Best Supporting Actor statue at the Oscars. Miles Tenner is pretty phenomenal, as well. The story is a gripping tale between a wannabe jazz drummer at a conservatory of music school and his ensemble band director. Simmons is a tough cookie who screams and throws things about his members in an effort to get the best out of his artists. It’s a great movie. I highly recommend it!

I’m excited to have a night to myself, a bottle of wine and the movie Wild. What are your favs from this week? What’s on the agenda for the weekend? #TGIF
