Cinco de Mayo
I’m so pumped for our Cinco de Mayo celebration tomorrow night. Our friend is coming over and I am pumped for a build your own taco bar, sangria and guacamole.
Starting my next fitness routine
With the marathon over, I’m excited to start weight training again. My plan is to follow the work out of the Tone It Up girls. I’ve followed their workouts before and I love them! They really work your body in a little amount of time, which is always great.
Oh man, I’ve made this twice this week. It’s delicious! Literally, all you do it put pizza sauce on a pita, add your toppings, put in oven and devour. I made mine with mozzarella cheese, chicken and topped with basil once it was out of the oven. It’s the perfect portion and you really do feel like you’re eating pizza! In the above picture, I made a cucumber, tomato, dill, greek yogurt salad. Also delicious. Oh, and a glass of chardonnay. “Healthy eating” for the win!
