Happy Hump Day! I’ve had a pretty great day, if I do say so myself. And it even started off great.
I went to the gym, went on the elliptical for 30 minutes, the bike for 15 minutes and then some squats and arm movements. And then, when I got home, I decided to make myself a delicious breakfast to give me fuel for the rest of the day and to give my muscles back some juice!
I made some eggs a la francois (hello, Countess Luann) mixed with some milk and Laughing Cow swiss cheese.
This is my new favorite obsession. The swiss cheese is a delicious combination with the eggs and it makes them so creamy.
I also heated up a link of chicken sausage for some added protein and a glass of orange juice.
Not only was this breakfast tasty, it was super satisfying! I wasn’t hungry until I actually sat down for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised because around 9:45 or 10, I usually want some kind of snackity. It’s usually a piece of fruit or some nuts, but today I didn’t need anything.
I think I’ll be making this same breakfast tomorrow!
