Hi Everyone! Happy Tuesday. How was your day?
My day was absolutely crazy and it was quite exhausting. My marathon training plan was to do 60 minutes of cross training, but that just wasn’t going to happen today. I am sorry to report that I chose sleeping over working out.
This got me thinking. I’ve been trying (well, that’s a stretch, more like I’ve been complaining and not really doing anything) to lose 10 pounds for a while. I lost about 6 pounds right before our wedding, but I gained them all back and I want 2015 to be the year of dreams coming true!
I’m not sure why I didn’t add it to my initial list, but losing weight is definitely semi-high on my priority list.

I’ve been reading a lot about marathon training and weight loss and I’m excited to lose these pesky pounds. I have my Jawbone Up 24 that helps keep me on track with steps and I just started using My Fitness Pal again as a way to track my food intake.
My main issues are desserts and wine, so my goals are to limit these to treats to being actual treats and not every day occurrences. I don’t want to limit my carb intake too much because of all the running, which is necessary.
I will be documenting some eats, as well as runs in the future to help keep me on track. I hope this year is finally the year I become my best self!
