Do you ever have those days when you look at the clock, see that it’s 3 ‘o clock and you have no idea what you’ve accomplished? I had one of those days today. I was running around my office like a chicken without a head, solving a million problems, asking a million questions and feeling like there’s a to-do list a mile long and no time to tackle it.
I left the office at 6:30 ready for bed.
Then I walked in the door and saw my excited puppy and my loving Hubby. It made the mess of the day completely melt away. It made the stress of the day melt away.
This made me think about what helps me de-stress when I’m mentally exhausted.
